Shipping&Return
The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier's information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier's official website.
The fulfillment of the delivery will take 2 to 8 days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days, we will exert great effort to resolve this.

Return:
All of our items come with a 30-day return policy from the order date. We ensure that all of our items are brand new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive an item which does not conform to those standards, please contact us. All returns must be in original new condition, as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping fee or service fee is not refundable if any. If item is returned not in original condition, there may have restock fee applies. Restock fee varies depending on the item condition. We do not responsible for any return cost.
